The Texas Longhorns went on to win the College Football National Championship game on January 5th, 2006 on the back of star Quarterback Vince Young. The Longhorns upset the favored University of Southern California Trojans 41-38. Many believed the USC dynamic duo of Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush would run over Texas but Vince proved them wrong!
