2008 Sun Bowl Betting OddsDespite playing without quarterback Dennis Dixon (fifth in the Heisman Trophy balloting), the Oregon Ducks beat the South Florida Bulls 56-21 in the 2007 Sun Bowl. Redshirt freshman Justin Roper made his first collegiate start in place of Dixon and threw for four touchdowns to tie a Sun Bowl record. Oregon running back Jonathan Stewart was the MVP.
