Two rookie head coaches will meet in the AFC Wild Card playoffs on Sunday as Tony Sparano and the Miami Dolphins host John Harbaugh and the Baltimore Ravens. The Dolphins are the most amazing story of the season as they went 11-5 just a year after going 1-15. Miami won the AFC East for the first time since 2000 but they are a home underdog against the Ravens. SBG Global reports that early NFL betting has the public taking Ravens on the Road.

Miami is led by Comeback Player of the Year, Chad Pennington who threw 19 touchdowns and only 7 interceptions this season. "He's vital to this team, he really is," Sparano said. "With Chad coming in here and doing what he's done right now and bringing a bunch of people together, these young players, what he's brought to them from a leadership standpoint." Pennington is 2-3 in his career as a starter in the playoffs. Miami has lost their last two playoff games, the most recent to Baltimore in 2002. "Underdog, not, one way or the other, we kind of feel like we know where we stand," Sparano said. "What I mean by that is I think the more we keep doing what we're doing, the more credibility that we get with our opponents, but still I think people look at you and they're still not sure one way or the other, but we have every right to be where we are right now in this ballgame."
