Carling Cup

With the draw just having been made for the quarterfinals of the 2006-07 Carling Cup, WagerWeb.com have revised its lines for the outright betting.
Championship side Southend has been handed an away draw against Tottenham. The tie is Southend's reward for dumping out holders Manchester United with a 1-0 victory at Roots Hall.
There are two all-Premiership matches, with Liverpool hosting Arsenal and Newcastle entertaining Chelsea.
The last game sees League Two side Wycombe traveling to Charlton, with the games all set to be played in the week commencing Dec. 18.
