The Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the Miami Dolphins 31 - 26. The Dolphin's new quarterback Daunte Culpepper came out only for a few plays. He is recovering from a surgically repaired knee. All three of the Jaquars' quarterbacks connected deep for a total of 321 passing yards. Jaguar's rookie third-string defensive back Jamaal Fudge had a sack and 11 tackles, eight of them unassisted.
