Out of the four remaining teams, only one began the tournament as a top seed, which is the case of the No.1 March Madness team, the Louisville Cardinals. Looking at the 2013 Final Four matchups, it's easy to see that the Cards certainly have the easiest matchup, as they take on the Wichita State Shockers. It's no coincidence that NCAA betting odds makers agree, listing Rick Pitino's bunch as the clear betting favorites to win the National Title this season. Currently, Louisville leads the pack as a 2/3 favorite, which translates to -150 in American (money-line) odds. The Michigan Wolverines follow suit, tagged with the second best odds to win the 2013 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament at +325. The Syracuse Orange comes in at No.3 in this category with +400 odds to win it all. And finally, the chances that Wichita State will continue to "Shock" the basketball world is currently at a +1200 longshot. So, which team do I believe has the personnel, momentum and coaching to get the job done? I have to say that there are two teams that fit those criteria, and as a coincidence, it happens to be the two teams sitting atop the list of NCAA Title frontrunners. As good as Michigan has been, I believe that the Orange have everything to reach the Finals against the winner of Wichita State and Louisville. In the end, I have to side with Syracuse over Louisville and I will tell you why. Not only are these teams as evenly matched as any two we've seen in the finals in recent memory, but I believe that the difference will be in attitude. When this tournament started, there was no team with more to prove than Syracuse. Highly underestimated, seeded only fourth in the East bracket, Jim Boeheim and the Orange have come into the tourney with a chip on their shoulder. Not only that, but the fact that they've beaten Cal, Indiana and Marquette to get to where they are tells me that they believe they're unbeatable right now. As we very well know, in sports, confidence and momentum are two very powerful things. Thus, I'm gong to have to go with Syracuse to win it all this year, not only because of they are the best team, but also because they have the most attractive ROI (return on investment) out of the four remaining teams. At +400 ML, you would be out of your mind to pass up on an Orange bet! Do you know who is going to win the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship? Check out the 2013 NCAA Men's Championship betting odds and come home a winner!
