2007 Samsung 500 April 15th at Texas Motor Speedway

The seventh race of the 2007 NEXTEL Cup season is here, the 2007 Samsung 500. Two weeks ago Jimmie Johnson won the Goody's Cool Orange 500, winning his third race out of the first six this season. This weeks race heads to Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas. The track has a distance of 1.5 miles and is a Quad-oval shaped course. It is race #7 out of 36. The race begins Sunday, April 15th at 1:30 p.m. EST and will air live on FOX.

Kasey Kahne is the reigning Champion at the Samsung 500. He is among the top drivers to win with 8/1 betting odds.
