Here is a list of the current top 20 drivers in the 2007 NEXTEL Cup Championship Series. Jimmy Johnson is the reigning 2006 NEXTEL Cup Champion and is on fire this season winning three out of the first seix races! There are a total of 36 races for the Championship, beginning with Daytona 500 in February and ending with the Ford 400 in November.
Kevin Harvick is the 2007 Daytona 500 Champion! It was an amzing, jaw-dropping win that came down to a photo finish. Kevin squeeked out the victory by .020 seconds to beat Mark Martin.
"I really wanted to win that thing,'' Martin said. "They were going to have to pry it out of my fingers, man.''
