This is a great matchup and there is really no favorite in this matchup, but I am going to give the slightest advantage to the Colts because of 1 player who will always find the right play call to use against this defense, and that is Colts quarterback Peyton Manning. The Jets are going to be running the ball a lot in this game, and then that will set up the play action pass in which they are fairly well at. The Colts have been playing well against the run as of late, not just against mediocre teams, but against really great rushing teams. I do see the Colts doing well against the run, considering the fact that they are now healthy on defense. Usually it would be up to the offense to change things up against a great defense, but in this case, it will be up to the Jets defense to figure out what plays the Colts are changing up at the line of scrimmage in order for them to change up their schemes. That will be a great chess match, and I will normally take the Colts and Peyton Manning in a chess match. The Colts also need to run the ball at least well enough to keep the Jets honest. I do believe that now that their running back is healthy and back, they will be able to do something in the running game. What will hurt the Colts will be in the special teams game. Expect the Jets to have the advantage in the field position. The Jets will be able to score points due to the field position. This is going to be a great game, but I just feel that the Colts are playing great right now on both sides of the ball. I believe The Colts win this game 27-24.
