NFL Week 15 Expert Picks Buffalo Bills vs Miami DolphinsChad Henne Dolphins Quarterback NFL Week 15 Expert Picks - Bet Bills vs Dolphins - Sunday, December 19th, 1:00PM ET CBS The NFL week 15 expert picks on the Pro Football 2010 season are out on the Buffalo Bills vs the Miami Dolphins Sunday afternoon football match-up. This Sunday the Buffalo Bills head to Sun Life Stadium as a -5 1/2 point underdog to battle their AFC East rival Miami Dolphins. The Buffalo Bills offense vs the Miami Dolphins defense favor the Dolphins. The Bills are 26th in yards and 23rd in points, while the Dolphins are 5th in yards allowed and 8th in points allowed. The Bills can run, 12th in rushing. They probably will be running even though the Dolphins are 8th in rushing. The Bills can't pass, but they do have a good receiver in Steve Johnson. But it's not going to matter because the Dolphins are 6th in passing defense and 7th in getting pressure to the quarterback. The NFL week 15 expert picks advantage goes to the Dolphins. The Miami Dolphins offense vs the Buffalo Bills defense is an interesting matchup. The Dolphins are 22nd in yards and 31st in points, while the Bills are 23rd in yards allowed and 27th in points allowed. The Bills are surprisingly 4th in passing defense, but that's not what the Dolphins do. The Dolphins run the ball, and even though they are 21st in rushing, their offense is based on the running game. And they will be running a lot against this defense who gives up the most rushing yards. And then from that, the Dolphins will set up the passing game which features one of the best receivers in the league, Brandon Marshal. The NFL expert picks advantage goes to the Dolphins. The special teams are interesting. The Bills are 16th in kickoff return average and 17th in punt return average, while the Dolphins are 18th in kickoff return average and 11th in punt return average. the Bills are 16th in kickoff return average allowed and 18th in punt return average, while the Dolphins are 30th in kickoff return average allowed but 9th in punt return average allowed. This is weird because the Dolphins don't score a lot, so the kickoff defense doesn't get on the field that often. Because of that, unless the Bills return a kickoff for a touchdown, the kickoff return game I not so much of a factor because it only goes on the field 3 times a game. There will be a lot of punting in this game, and because of that, I give the NFL week 15 expert picks advantage to the Dolphins. The coaching matchup favors the Dolphins. Chan Gailey, the head coach of the Buffalo Bills, always has his team in games. The only issue is finishing games. The head coach of the Miami Dolphins is Tony Sparano. He is from the coaching tree of Bill Parcells and he has his coaching style. They also have a good defensive coordinator in Mike Nolan who has this defense playing good. Advantage goes to the Dolphins. My NFL week 15 expert picks on the Buffalo Bills vs the Miami Dolphins Sunday afternoon football game is out. The Bills have no chance on offense against this defense. Somehow they have to run the ball effectively. They do have a good receiver in Steve Johnson to throw the ball to, but I could see the Dolphins double teaming him to make sure he doesn't get the ball. And if the Bills throw it too much, the Dolphins will make them pay whether it's getting pressure on the quarterback or getting turnovers. the other side of the ball, the Dolphins will run the ball a lot against the worst rushing defense in the league. They won't be able to stop the Dolphins. And then the running game will open up the field for the passing game. For some reason the Dolphins are not as good at home as they are on the road. I think because of that, this game will be closer than people think. But the Dolphins will pull this one out, 20-12. --- by Eric Price at 1800-sports.com on December 13, 2010
