Oregon Ducks Betting Odds to Win the NCAA Men's Championship

Betting on Oregon to win the NCAA men's Championship is not that bad of an idea as some think. Oregon won its last three regular-season Pac-10 games before blowing out Arizona in the league tournament's first round. It has become difficult to defend the guard tandem of Aaron Brooks and Tajuan Porter. The pair of all-conference selections combine to average over 31 points and six assists. Early were +2700. Betting odds on Oregon are +2500. For every $10 wagered you would win $250.

The Oregon Ducks finished the regular season with a 27-7 record, third in the Pacific-10 Conference. Oregon was the only team in the country this season to beat three top-10 ranked opponents and that list doesn't even include its road win at Georgetown back in December. Many think Aaron Brooks should have won conference player of the year over UCLA junior Arron Afflalo. The senior is a four-year starter who led the conference in scoring and minutes played while ranking among the top 10 players in assists, steals, 3-pointers made and free-throw shooting. The only think missing was a regular-season championship.

Oregon beat Miami (Ohio) 58-56 in their first round game. They went on to beat Winthrop 75-61 for their second round game. They play UNLV on Friday, March 23rd at 9:40 p.m. EST.
